The challenge

Senior management had no single view of the project portfolio. Status arrived as spreadsheets and slide decks assembled by hand each cycle, so by the time a delay was visible in a meeting it was already weeks old—and half the organisation needed it in Arabic.

What I built

One package of six purpose-built web parts: an executive dashboard that reads, and five governed web parts that write. Each is placed and permissioned on its own page, so the people who update projects and the people who review them never share a screen. English and Arabic are mirrored throughout, not translated.
