The challenge

The organisation already kept its operational data in SharePoint—projects, requests, invoices, cases, people—but had no way to see it. A second reporting platform meant new licences, a new tool for staff to learn, and moving data that governance said could not leave the tenant.

What I built

A dashboard layer that reads the data where it already lives. Every measure, threshold and layout is configured rather than coded, so a new KPI is a settings change. Twenty-six visual types mean each measure gets the picture its question actually needs, and partial data is always labelled as partial rather than quietly shown as fact.

No per-viewer BI licence, and the data never leaves the tenant
Export the visible KPIs to Excel or PDF, or present them one at a time in story mode
