My work spans intranet modernisation, workflow automation, AI-powered business applications and executive reporting, in both cloud and on-premises environments where regulation dictates where data may sit. I am experienced in bilingual English/Arabic delivery, and trusted at both ends of a delivery—authoring the requirements and holding the client relationship, then building the solution and owning it into production.
I am usually brought in for the engagements that are hard to place: regulated processes that must stay on-premises, bilingual delivery where Arabic cannot be an afterthought, and recovery of builds that arrived underperforming. Where a client’s need repeats, I turn it into a product, so the next delivery is a configuration rather than a rebuild.
How I work
Requirements and BRDs first, then architecture with its trade-offs written down. I build the solution myself, run UAT with the people who will use it, deploy it, train them, and stay for support. I would rather tell a client what a design will cost them later than discover it together in production.
