The challenge

Every client wanted the same intranet and every client got a fresh build: news, people, policies and links, re-made from scratch each time. That is slow to deliver, expensive to support, and means a fix for one client never reaches the others.

What I built

A single component set delivered as a product. Twenty-five ready components—newsroom, directory, org structure, HR benefits, careers, resource panels, navigation—plus a reusable department-site template, brand themes verified for accessible contrast, and administration from one screen. A new client is onboarded by configuring it, not by rebuilding it.
