The challenge

Staff were hunting across mail, file shares and a dozen sites for the policy, the form or the person they needed. Departments each solved it their own way, so nothing was consistent, and publishing anything meant asking IT.

What I built

A single portal built on SharePoint Online, with a home page that adapts to who is looking at it and a dedicated workspace for every department. Content is published from one guided screen by the people who own it, and navigation, notifications and permissions are configured rather than coded.
